Sacramento police want to take guns out of the hands of criminals and keep them with law abiding citizens.
That must be why they want to pass laws that will exempt criminals and burden law abiding citizens.
Why read any further when it's obvious we're being lied to from the outset?

Well, we'll all just have to keep an eye out for stories about police who confiscated firearms from criminals and handed them over to law-abiding citizens.
I'm sure the "authorized journalists" at Fox News 40 will keep a real close watch on that for us. And if that never happens, well I'm sure they'll just broadcast a retraction during the prime news hour, and name the blatant liar on the public payroll.
