Early on, I had the impression that self-promotion was the NRA's major objective in writing the brief, but as it went on, I was pleasantly surprised.
I found it to be quite well done.
slow at the beginning, but got better. At first glance I thought I was going to have to unleash a verbal attack the next time they called for money, I'll be a little bit nicer now I guess.
Rutherford Institute also had a good one that discussed the 1968 "law" as well as "saturday night specials" and racial roots of gun control. I have to ask if anyone thinks that would help swing the liberal types up there. Especially given it's an election year and this could come back before the vote....
