A 38-year-old Rushville man is being held on $1 million bond after being accused of using a flashlight to beat a Mount Sterling man to death.
It was probably one of those semi fully-automatic ones.

This is a small town. There aren't many details in the story, but I still have a tough time convincing smalltown folks that now is the time to develop some spider sense.
Be alert, pay attention, prepare, stay alive.
Thank God he didn't kill the man with beef jerky he had bought at a gun show. I can hear them now calling for the closing of the GunShow Beef Jerky loophole.

I've been keeping a sharp eye on this maglite of mine since I'd read about this. 24+ hours and counting and it hasn't wrought any havoc - yet.
Maybe I should have bought the evil-looking black one...?
