Sounds like any time this man is out of his own home, he's fair game. What if the cops were so devoted to monitoring VIOLENT criminals?
You may know that sometimes people carrying drugs die when they swallow the balloon, condom, whatever, and it bursts, giving them a massive OD.
You may also know that the royal anti-gun Kennedy family made its fortune smuggling liquor during Prohibition. Sort of an "If you don't agree with a law, ignore it in a BIG way and get rich" philosophy. Wonder why that's OK for some but not others.

This guy should have told the police that the powder was anthrax.

We pay the "only ones" to do this to us! AND, we let them do this to us. Who are the fools?
No wonder they don't want people to have guns in that state. They wouldn't live very long.
