Delusional when his oxygen machine flow is reduced. 82-year-old man with a pocktknife, probably not even open. Lying on the hospital bed.
"OK, get him. We've got more important work out on the street tonight," the Mountie said. Zap.
That's the trouble with these elites. So important. Always in a hurry. This gentleman wasn't a citizen, a CUSTOMER, he was a nuisance and a tactical problem to be solved quickly.
"The British Columbia police are on the defensive again tonight."
Defending the indefensible.
I wonder how far the screams were heard in the hospital.

Everybody is delusional when their oxygen flow is reduced enough. Nobody is immune to that.
