Caveat--I have not read this so can't endorse it (yet), but it looks very interesting from what I've skimmed over.
I like the premise and have long considered "Don Diego" to be a smart model to template off of.
My suggestion: save it to your computer in case this link goes away, and find some time this weekend to read it. That's what I'm going to do.

Just reading the first 6 pages, it seems like this man is a prognosticator.
I'll go over this during the weekend inbetween cleaning guns.
I bought that book from Paladin Press a long time ago. Copyright is 1986, so it's probably been 20 years since I read it.
There are some dangerous inconsistencies within the book, in that it preaches that a secret fighter mustn't hurt anyone not involved in the business of tyranny, but then mentions several methods which have a chance of doing just that.
As long as the reader practices a little critical thinking, though, it is an interesting read.
