Any bets on whether the cashier was the one recording credit card numbers then making purchases?
Of course, they went after her. She didn't pose any physical threat to them and so she was safe to abuse. The DA had to know he had a bad case with bad police work. He just didn't care, another conviction is a step closer to the governor's mansion.
I hope the woman can make them very sorry for their malfeasance.
