At the hearing, Hammer disputed news reports that Grainger suffers from schizophrenia and should not have been issued the concealed pistol license he carried. Despite earlier statements to the contrary, prosecutors did not offer any evidence Friday that Grainger suffers from the mental illness.Huh. Could have fooled us.
"He has never had any schizophrenia," Hammer said. "He was legally qualified to possess a firearm."

It's Seattle, the only thing one can count on is everybody there is crazy.
My feelings would be if I can't carry a firearm with my CWL in the parks, than don't tax me for the parks. If my Constitutional rights are deemed not to apply in taxpayer paid and public owned lands or buildings. Then there's no legal grounds by government to tax me for the upkeep and needs of these lands and building. I call this the separation of citizen's rights and government greed.
In fact I wonder if there would be legal grounds for a person to demand that a local government who will not allow CWL's to carry in a courthouse to be fully liable for any harm a person receives from any criminals going unarmed to and from the courthouse. Could a person serve the government with a letter stating that they will be held fully liable for any harm and cost for removing a person's Constitutional rights.
