Ramsey this morning criticized other riders for doing nothing to stop the attack.That's easy for you to say, commissioner. And the video camera would give you all the evidence you'd need to give me the Bernhard Goetz treatment.

Step One: Get out of harms way.

Step Two: Be a good witness.

Step Three: Call the "Only Ones".
How do these people sleep at night. You have the other passengers that don't help the man being attacked. You then have the "authorities" telling them they did the right thing.
In other situations where someone intervened, the "Only Ones" tell them that while commendable, it is not recommended.

Caught a glimpse of the video (wow, the security camera didn't help much to prevent the attack, did it). The hammerman picks up a toddler and sets him down his other side, away from the victim, who appears to be an Asian male in his 20s. Then he reaches into a backpack, brings out the hammer and ...
(The hammerman is African-American. Racially motivated, or just an unaware opportune victim?) NOTHING was learned from the McCarthy murder by Colin Ferguson which spurred Carolyn McCarthy into our Imperial Congress. People on THAT train got out of harm's way, if they could. If not, Ferguson shot them dead, for reasons of racial prejudice.
