The college, through General Counsel Brian Nelson, said, "the tragedy of Virginia Tech cannot be underestimated (sic) when it comes to speech relating to firearms – however 'satirical and humorous' the speech may be perceived by some."It looks like Program Manager Shannon Marino, who confiscated the copies, and Student Development Dean E. Edward Albracht, who backed this little lesson in tyranny, along with mouthpiece Nelson, are the ones to materially interfere with...I mean scold.
"The mention of firearms and weapons on colleges campuses – and in specific LSCS – Tomball – brings fear and concern to students, faculty and staff – which translates into a 'material interference with the operation of the school or the rights of others,'" Nelson wrote.
That said, I'd also like to scold the students who thought this was a good idea. Yeah, you have a right to print your pamphlets, but look, guys, they don't help those of us who are trying to ensure our right to keep and bear arms is observed. Think.
And the jokes weren't even particularly funny. Well, maybe the monkey one...

Monkeys always get a bad rap. There have been zero cases of monkey gun crime in the US!
Yeah Smith, what about the trained monkeys in blue uniform?
