So would it have been OK to wave back, or can't you do that to "Only Ones"?

Must not have been able to sweep this one under the rug. From 16Feb to 14Nov before he is charged or even suspended?
You know somebody with money and clout kept on this. Looks like the department or the DA couldn't talk them out of pushing forward.
