Ah, guard the guards in the sense of protect them.
The Border Patrol has been running recruiting ads here. The requirements are a valid drivers license and a high school diploma.

Extra credit if you're big, JUST smart enough to follow simple instructions, and have no morals or compassion. They're only people, after all. There are millions of them, and more being born every day. The important thing is to get them loaded on the cattle cars -- I mean PLANES -- quickly and efficiently.
I just say install a mine field and a no fly zone over the Mexican border, they have gave us enough problems.
