I once had the misfortune of being in D.C. and the physical quality of their only ones amazed me. Lots of 5ft tall 200 lb women, waddling around. The only ones allowed. The state is really one of the funniest things in this world. I don't even hate them. I hate the sheeple. They're just so contemptible.
I too have experienced the DC phenomenon. That was my first impression when I saw the photo.
You might want to post an NSFW warning on that one - the ads on the right are pretty explicit.
