I'm not much of a "math" person, per se, but I think this person did their figures wrong.

Which is more?
2.1 fatalities per million
14.24 fatalities per 100,000

...?

Yep, I admit it, I made a huge error. I have issued a public apology for the error on my blog page. I have also offered and apology to Mr. Codrea both on my blog and in an email.
