This kind of stuff makes me come close to reconsidering the merits of crucifixion.

No Surprise. Commercial jails/prisons, adult or juvenile, are paid per diem. Companies with the cash have no problem with kickbacks. It's not personal, it's the money.

Sloooowly draw and quarter, David, draw and quarter. How many times do I have to tell you? When you hear the long scream end with a series of meaty "pops." Surely the Founders would reconsider what constitutes "cruel and unusual." ;-)
INVERTED crucifixion. They stay conscious longer. THEN revive and draw and quarter.
Privately operated prisons are the coming thing. What a disincentive to allow oneself to be arrested.
I'm not going to go on private prisons but to the criminals in this matter. We have had David post up on this matter now for going back maybe six months. Not only did these judges add time on but sent kids that shouldn't have been sent to this jail/prison in the first place. Its one thing to add on some time but to send someone to jail/prison that should not be there is as wrong as it gets. To allow such judges that send people to prison who should not be there in the first place to get paid money under the table not go to prison themselves is even more wrong.
Bottom line: The criminal acts of the judges sending kids to prison who should not have been sent there. Is less of a crime than the judges not sending these judges to prison. The crimes get worse as the case goes through the system. Clearly we have a broken system and its unable to fix itself.
The rat cage, strapped to the face, ala 1984. The "judges" in question probably know about some others in this, and the rat cage reveals all. This is what passes for justice in this land. I guess we'll just go around outraged some more, til it's our turn.
