I'll reserve that right for myself, but I don't think you NEED to.
I love how they always tend to say "permit" as if to indoctrinate the youth and idiots that you need one to own, use or carry a gun. Granted some lame states (see FOID) do, but most places you don't need to permit up to own or carry (open anyway). They even do it on TV shows.
Vice Mayor? that's one hell of a title,huh?
