Hamblen Makes Case on Video

We've discussed Richard Hamblen's case before.

He explains his case in a special You Tube video.

Motorhome Diaries summarizes:
Upon learning how woefully underequipped the Tennessee State Guard (which was created by law as an armed reserve force for the National Guard) was (21 rifles for 3,500 individuals) Richard bought weapons for himself and his soldiers. His actions resulted in the involvement of the ATF, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court and a prison sentence. His case details the conflicts between US vs. Miller and Heller vs. DC and ultimately questions how the Second Amendment is being interpreted.
Related case documents are hosted here.

If SCOTUS refuses to hear this case or one substantially similar, they are only setting up greater conflict.

I think that the NFA will eventually fall under its own putrid weight.

May God help us.

Even if NFA falls the government will never allow people like me to "legally" own 2nd Amenment compliant weaponry- freely and without interference. They'll find some other way. Genocide, anyone?
