If caught, these little darlings aren't going to get punished anyway. I think a few minutes in a deep pit full of starving wolves would be appropriate. If before hand, they get to see them for a while, like overnight.
They won't get punished but calls will go out to collect all the registered shotguns that are left.
What, the universal presence of cctv did not prevent this incident?
