Been trying to figure this one out since I saw it. Carrollton is yuppie central, BMWs, minivans, blond ponytails sticking out the back of ball caps, far as the eye can see. City symbol is a dove, with I think an olive branch in its' beak. Pastime is soccer, largest industry is cops giving out speeding tickets, and some have dissappeared into the malls, never to be seen again.
Interesting words, there: 'Civilian employees'. The police are not civilians?
