Did you read the denial in most of the comments? And these people really believe that the Constitution protects them? Hooboy.

Doesn't matter. We will sit on our(speaking strictly for myself) well fed behinds, while this becomes law, and the slavery chronicles go on.
Hang on... the president (no matter how much he thinks he is the messiah) cannot simply agree to a treaty. It would have to pass a Senate vote with 2/3 majority for the U.S. to become party to a treaty.

The likelihood of this passing is low. However, the impact if it were to pass is quite high. I suspect that this will go the way of HR-45 and die. But that doesn't mean that we should not be raising hell with our senators.
