We're the Only Ones Filching Files Enough

As defense attorney Joanne Cuccia discusses her client's sentencing hearing with the judge, Maricopa County Sheriff's Department detention officer Adam Stoddard walks up behind her, and begins sifting through one of her files, which she has placed on the defense table. Remarkably, Stoddard then removes a document from the file and hands it off to another deputy, who then leaves the courtroom with it. They don't even bother to inform Cuccia, who has her back turned the entire time. The judge appears to have missed the incident as well.

But it was all captured on video...[More]
Document control, "Only Ones"-style...

Was the head flip from the gal behind and to the left of defendant a signal to pilfer? She would be the prosecution, right?

And the idiot judge sits like a see nothing hear nothing say nothing monkey.

Fire the cop, remove the judge from the bench, and sue the county and these pinheads jointly and severally. After filing criminal proceedings of course.

But somehow none of this shocks me.

Perhaps Lozano belongs to a criminal gang. If so, maybe they could visit Stoddard in the deep of night and correct his behavior.

Wouldn't that be something to see? The criminals making their criminal competition adhere to the rules.

This is proof that all men are not created equal in the eyes of the tax feeders. We have a huge problem because the FBI should have come in a did a investigation and clearly arrest should have been made. Of course the judge needs to be not only kicked off the bench but disbarred as well.
The conduct here is these parasites spitting in the faces of every lawful taxpaying American out there.
