A Passaic police officer indicted in September on counts of aggravated assault and official misconduct in connection with a confrontation with a city resident was arraigned in state court in Paterson Monday.Yep, I've thought since Day One that he's not guilty. Which doesn't mean I'm not thinking a jury won't amend that. Except it won't surpise me to see him emerge an innocent man, with full back pay and compensatory damages.

And as for charges that "he was being given privileges other defendants might not receive," well, hey, if being an "Only One" in New Jersey doesn't count for something, what good is it?
