What particularly strikes me in reviewing this list of twenty things to do is that I, an old man who spent a good bit of 2009 dealing with a serious illness while working a full time job was still able to perform fifteen of the activities without a terrible amount of effort.
So, to anyone who can't manage at least half, what's your excuse?
