We have to give those in Law Imposement the benefit of the doubt. You weren't there, were you? Do you know all the facts? Law Imposement Officers have a tough enough job to do without being second-guessed by mere "civilians" like you. She probably had to make a split second, life and death decision! If she was intoxicated/suicidal/homocidal at the time you can rest assured that is most likely what the situation called for! Professionals know these things!
Of course mere peasants like you and me would be charged with a crime...silly.
Besides, She's the one who bears the Magic Shield. She's Law Imposement. She can't be wrong!
