Thing is, every one of the items reviewed could be used as an "assault weapon"...

Seems I remember seeing a combat knife with a short edge where the point used to be. The idea was it could still stab, as it was a sharpened edge, but it was less likely to break off, as a point would do. So much for the anti-stab knives.

And, as has been *ahem* pointed out before, slashing is more effective than stabbing.
