We're the Only Ones Tapped Out Enough

Sutton said he didn't fight the charges because he couldn't afford a trial — which could have cost as much as $50,000 — nor risk being convicted. [More]
What Sutton didn't say is how many of his countrymen he has put in an identical situation.

Besides, who among us wouldn't use "forfeited" assets for perks and junkets?

Live by the sword, die by the sword. Too bad it looks like he won't see the inside of a real prison. That's what I'd like to see. Any "only ones" getting their just desserts behind bars these days? If you know of any, please post for a morale boost, David.

I bet none of the people he put in that very same position avoided time inside, or had the reward of "no conviction" after a two year kiss ass term.
