I'm afraid these so-called open carry rallies wherein they bow to the demands of local LEO to have the weapons unloaded, and in the case of rifles, slung on the back, with no magazine in the weapon, and an empty chamber flag; will never see me and many others within their midst.

When I show up with a rifle, it's going to be in usable condition if there's an LEO about, and we know there always is.

If LEO is locked and loaded, would a real patriot not also be in the same condition?
