Local deputies patrol in a $600-per-hour helicopter looking for marijuana growing anywhere. A favorite trick of the pot farmers is to plant a marijuana patch in the middle of a cornfield where it's well-screened from ground observation. A few years ago, the Dawgs of Law conducted a full-scale raid on an elderly couple with lots of TOMATO PLANTS in their yard.
Since marijuana makes users passive and easily-confused, you'd think the government would give it away for free.
