This is how the 9/11 hijackers got their Virginia driver's licenses. They had no proper ID, but a DMV employee wanted some quick cash.
This week, a "minor part" in the state's computer network headquarters malfunctioned, paralyzing data functions in about 20 agencies, shutting down the DMV and other major ones for days.
A talk show host pointed out that if a simple failure can do that, what about deliberate cyber-attack? All the big bucks going to Most Favored Corporation vendors like Northrop-Grumman, where did they go? Into empty housings and cheap Chinese-made components, apparently.
