So you would remember your oath to the Constitution and not arrest him if he acted in front of you like "shall not be infringed" actually means what it says? Assuming that's his goal, too?

The article states that he posed for an ad with "a military issue M4".
I wonder if it's like the one I bought. Yes, I'm military, but my personally-owned weapon isn't. The only military issue M4's I know about are carried by soldiers in uniform or are being stored in arms rooms.
Journalists are so erudite. And accurate.
Of course, he could have borrowed it from a law enforcement friend. LEO's seem to have no problem ignoring the laws.
