Good that victimless crimes aren't clogging the system.
Bad that the court system has joined the cops in abdicating responsibility for protecting the people. "No obligation or duty," you know.
Besides, ordinary crime has always been and always will be with us, but this conservative right-wing extremist domestic insurrection terrorist constitutionalist Tea Party... well, NWO neocon Colin Powell admits it's "not a fad and not going away." Sounded surprised, too.
