Silvia was arrested on two counts of felony assault and one count of carrying a gun while intoxicated after allegedly waving a .380 automatic Kel-Tac gun at two employees of Christie's restaurant at 14 Perry Mill Wharf early Sunday morning.Damn "civilians" probably got insolent and deserved it.
Newport Police Lt. William Fitzgerald said that, according to witnesses, the incident started after Silvia and his friend, Eric C. Santos, were found by two employees on the side patio after closing where Santos was urinating in a planter.

So what treatment do you think we could expect if the cops found me or thee indiscriminately waving a gun around? I don't think "suspension" would be the limit of our punishment, do you?
