Probably not, but with attitudes like this, it's no wonder they don't want anyone else armed in Philly, we might return fire when fired upon (and most of us usually hit what we're aiming for)
Was that 'civilian' a female in working attire?
No worries folks we will know the truth because the cops are looking into what happened.
The apologists are chiming in that the officer was being carjacked and just defended himself.
