In true libertarian fashion- police,lawyers, and judges need to have charges pressed against them if it's found out an arrest or charge was untrue. Ignorance is no excuse. Aggression against person or property must be completely justified and not offensive. This means that the government should not be able to compel you to attend your own trial.
