Some People Shouldn't Have Guns

No argument here--I've long maintained that.

In Russell Little's case, he took care of that for us:
Authorities in Indiana say a man played a game of Russian roulette with his dog - and lost.

And lest Josh Sugarmann have an Itoldyousogasm, let's balance the scales:
On-duty NYPD cop Philip Chlanda kills himself on city street after Facebook dispute with girlfriend

I can't see how Officer Chlanda's suicide is comparable in any way.

He didn't die due to stupidity, he deliberately killed himself.

I think David is referring to the fact that the officer was one of the "Only Ones" fit to trust with a gun, according to Josh Sugarmann and the like compared to Russel, who is an ordinary citizen, and therefore a "clear and present danger" if he has a gun.

Besides, don't you have to have SOME suicidal tendencies to play Russian Roulette?

It's called Non-random Roulette. Load a semi-automatic with one round....
