What is Joe DeCecco Afraid Of? Aside from Freedom?

"It is outrageous when, hiding behind a constitutional right, special interest groups' paranoia and extreme views put our officers at risk when they are simply trying to do their sworn duty and remain as safe as possible," said Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe DeCecco in a news release Wednesday. "The present prohibition endangers the officers upon whom we depend for public safety, and reflects the extreme agenda and paranoia of the National Rifle Association and other gun lobbying groups that advanced these provisions. What are they afraid of?" [More]
Well, for one thing, we're not afraid of you, you Marxist pig.  And we're not hiding. We're marching right out in the open and taking what is ours.

Don't like it? Good.

What the f*** do you think their sworn duty is--or yours, for that matter, you bloated piece of s***?

You don't trust an armed citizenry? Talk about paranoia.

One correction--Ol' Raymond Burr clone here is  not a DA. He's a DE.

I remember in the appeal at the 7th district court for the Mcdonald v Chicago case, the city's attorney stated in court that the city's position was if the people didn't like the city's gun ban, They were welcome to move. Well I guess the same can be said for those scared Wisconsin LEO's. If they are all that frightened, they can always move to Chicago. Thou theres a few select areas on the city's southside they might want to avoid even with CCW being illegal in Illinois.

Yeah, paranoid and extreme special interest groups such as the police union, the politicians who pass counterfeit "laws", and the rest of the government extremists certainly do put your enforcers at risk. However your enforcers would be at less risk if they quit and got honest jobs or if they stopped treating normal armed people as enemies. And if the enforcers stopped behaving like sworn enemies of liberty, then normal armed people wouldn't be their enemies.

Really David, I think you were much too kind to DeCecco.

The lawyer appears to be engaging in exactly the same behavior he's accusing the NRA and other gun lobbying groups of exhibiting.

Sheriff Clarke seems to have his head on straight.
