We're the Only Ones Uninformative Enough

A Stevens Point probation officer was arrested on disorderly conduct charges Friday, but his name never appeared on jail records, and authorities are not releasing any information about his arrest. [More]

Gee, that's funny...they have no problem releasing information about non-"Only Ones" in the area who get charged with crimes...like these folks...or these...

I'm sure it's just an oversight.  Aren't you?

I agree they should show all names unless it is a child. I will protect myself with guns I get mine from http://Discountgunsonline.com

Anon, if some minor living near me is skinning cats and setting fires, I want to know about it. Also, I cannot recommend anyone use the url you provided as my virus software indicates it is not a site they have tested so gives no safe rating.

To be fair - the two links provided deal with folks who either plead guilty or were convicted. IOW, final dispositions vs. new arrests.

That being said, the fact that the jail maintains a 'public' list of all persons booked in, and the fact that the department refuses to provide an incident report (public record), complicates their obviously errant stance on the issue. They will end up paying a few bucks in attorney fees over this one. Idiots.

Come on, David... You don't expect members of The Gang With Official Sanction to be treated like mere mortals, do you?
