I can see a priest complaining to his congregation about them engaging in rituals that have nothing to do with why Catholics celebrate Easter. Baskets full of jelly beans, chocolate rabbits, colored eggs and the like always struck me as absurd ways to commemorate it, even as a kid, not that I said "No" to getting mine. Besides, we all know what's really important is marshmallow Peeps.
And yeah, even I admit that obviously cartoonish toy guns in Easter baskets seems more than a tad bizarre, but leave it to this nitwit to assign a causal connection between that and Chi-Town criminal violence.

As far as I know, Scumbag Pfleger, friend of Obama, enemy of Christianity, supporter of perverts and anti-Americans of every stripe, has either been suspended from the priesthood, or possibly laicized entirely. He was a disgrace to the Church and the priesthood, and a disgrace as a human being. The only reason that the left keeps this swine around is so that they can trot him out and quote him in order to poke a finger in the eye of Christianity from time to time.
