Straw purchasing is still a federal felony whether it's legal in Az or not. I highly doubt that straw purchases are legal in Az either. They are misdirecting, trying to make you think straw purchases are the same as multiple purchases. They will do their best to make it look like the NRA was behind the whole thing. That seems to be Crazy Joan's thing here lately too, It's all a plot by the evil NRA. They are behind ever gun crime that happens. I didn't know Holder and LaPierre were working together.

Actually, I don't believe the act of buying guns for other people should be any different than buying them a baseball bat or a car... or anything else.

It is ultimately the use of the gun that matters, not where it came from.

Of course, these idiots even managed to screw that up.
