Yeah... didn't do Ademo any good, did it? The "law" is only as good as the people who live under it... The jury in NH is still out to lunch.

I don't care about a jury nullification law. Nullification is my right, and I will use it as I se fit. If the law in question is unconstitutional, or if a judge will not allow the Constitution in his court, or if the prosecution (Fincher comes to mind) tries to misrepresent evidence, I will call them on it with nullification.
