Somebody made an editorial decision that they wanted to get this diseased maniac's thoughts out there to exploit the weak-minded with. Talk about making the case for why New Yorkers should say the hell with the Sullivan (talk about another diseased maniac!) laws and do whatever it takes to protect themselves--but they won't, and they'll keep voting in fascists to tell them what they're allowed to do, and importantly, what won't be permitted.
Here's what's most revealing about all this: Click on that link and look at how many "Authorized Journalists" decided this was a story important to propagate. Compare that to their near-total abdication on Gunwalker--that is, unless they have something to say that will help derail finding out the truth.

Wow.
Perhaps if Charter Arms 44 Bulldogs hadn't been touted so much when Son of Sam was on his murderous spree, he'd have just gone to the movies instead of murdering a bunch of folks.
