Right out of the fifth amendment of the U.S. Constitution,
"...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
Forfeiture is unconstitutional and I don't care how it gets sliced up by a court.
Forfeiture without a conviction and a separate hearing is a flagrant violation of the 5th Amendment.
