"State Attorney General-elect Kathleen Kane"? In other words, Citizen Kathleen Kane, whose opinion is worth as much as the opinion of everyone else?
Let her first re-read the U.S. Constitution, and have her give us her opinion of which of the enumerated rights do not apply to the citizens of the various states.
