I prefaced my GOA message with:
"The Bill of Rights does not define rights of Americans that can be limited. The preamble is quite clear that it refers to additional restrictions upon the constituted government. Even if everyone in Congress and the Supreme Court agrees that there should be reasonable restrictions on the firearms owned and exchanged by individuals that power is not delegated to the Federal government by the Constitution. Nor are the enumerated protected rights of individuals subject to the will of the majority. That is the entire point of the Bill of Rights.
