Delegation of Powers

Mr. Holder also said he is not sure Congress could ban the president from using drones to kill Americans on U.S. soil. [More
Maybe Congress can't. But I know some people who can.

As I said yesterday, drones are just the tools.  The principle, that Americans can be assassinated on U.S. soil without due process if the administration wants to means they could use any tool that would do the job.

And note the meme being spread by the hive insects that we are not qualified to interpret what is Constitutional, and anyone who would forcibly resist anything the government does is a traitor.

I've been fighting this meme, most recently face-to-face with an city police officer who is running for US Senate, though I think he got it. Sorta.

In 1803 with Marbury vs. Madison, we were duped into accepting the SCOTUS power grab making them the final arbiters in Constitutional matters.

The US Constitution was written in terms that the average middle-schooler of the day could understand. I, for one, do not and will never bow to the dictates of the nine wannabee Kings and Queens in black robes as deciders of what my human rights are.
