The Arizona state Senate voted to prohibit the destruction of firearms gathered by cities and counties. Instead, municipalities will be required to sell the firearms to recoup buyback costs. Uh, with the volume of buybacks, also know to most of us as purchases, should the cities and towns be required to obtain Federal Firearms Licenses?
