For a poll to be so one-sided, Manchin, etal, have sure kept the evil within from being seen by the public.
4/17/13 1:45 pm EDT, it now shows 83% for, 17% against, and only about 700 more votes.
I'd say the VAST majority of those 700 were against.
At least in my browser , when i click NO and then submit , not a dammed thing happens . It doesn't seem to like or register my vote .
Same here, selecting no left the vote button shaded, I had to select yes for the vote button to become active, then select no & vote...
At 5:52 PM it is 75/25 with over 8000 votes. But that is irrelevant, as many would not support many elements of the U.S. Constitution if they were presented individually in survey form following a traumatic event that triggers emotional response.
