Looks like the customer is examining a tactical pump shotgun with extended magazine tube. Others on the racks appear to have the dreaded 'pistol grip' along with the extended mag, which would make them illegal in some US jurisdictions. I imagine the local crime rate is significant, as these are defense rather than hunting shotguns.
