Like most every Texas pol, he's mastered the art of tossing just enough kibbles & bits to the voting idiots to gain re-election. The old Texas two step, side step...whatever.
Ask any Texas tea party participant how these CONservatives jacked the budget, screwed the pooch and pissed on those who hold things such as rights, freedoms and liberties dear.
Texas is not the land of opportunity and liberty. It is a California wannabee full of crony capitalists and petty tyrants from the state house down to city hall.
