I once saw a sign in a CA DMV office stating that when registering for a driver's license from out of state one had to disclose a list of guns that person was bringing into California.
Since the matter is being appealed for an en banc decision, it wouldn't surprise me if this is a stalling tactic. If the entire 9th overturns the decision, the OC Sherrif has a nice list to check, and doors to kick.
